Fiddle Partners Corporate Sponsorship Program


The Fiddle Partners Corporate Sponsorship Program offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to support our mission of fostering accessible, high-quality fiddle and folk music education and performance across Central Vancouver Island. Your sponsorship helps sustain beloved programs and events like Fiddelium, Folk Band, our Summer Fiddle Camp, and Traditional Family Barn Dances while ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of music education and community engagement.

We welcome both public and anonymous sponsorships—your contribution matters, however you choose to be recognized.

🎻 Sponsorship Tiers & Benefits:

🎶 Community Builder ($500 – $749)

  • Logo recognition on our society’s website
  • Acknowledgement in our annual Port Theatre concert program (option to remain anonymous)
  • A social media shout out!

🎶 Heritage Advocate ($750 – $1,000)

Includes all Community Builder benefits, plus:

  • Verbal acknowledgement and recognition at one of our events
  • Reserved premium seating (for two)  at a Fiddelium concert performance (based on availability)
  • A special invitation to a private reception featuring musicians from Fiddelium, Folk Band, or both

🎶 Cultural Champion ($1,001+)

Includes all Heritage Advocate benefits, plus:

  • A private, 20-minute Fiddelium performance at a corporate event (subject to date availability for our musicians)
  • Reserved premium seating (for an additional two) at a Fiddelium concert performance (based on availability)

Please note that while the Nanaimo Fiddle Society is a non-profit society in good standing with the BC Registries, we are not a registered charity and therefore cannot issue charitable tax receipts at this time.
