At the Nanaimo Fiddle Society, we work hard to offer inclusive, high-quality programs and events that bring our community together through music. As a small, volunteer-run non-profit, our planning depends on the number of participants who register in advance. This allows us to responsibly book instructors, secure venues, and prepare materials that match the size and needs of each program.
Because of this, all sales are final. This includes:
- Memberships
- Program fees for Fiddelium, Folk Band, and Summer Fiddle Camp
- Workshop registrations
- Concert and event tickets
We are unable to offer refunds except in cases where a program or event is cancelled by the Nanaimo Fiddle Society.
Why this matters:
- For Fiddelium and Folk Band, musical arrangements are tailored specifically to registered participants.
- For Fiddle Camp, instructor hiring is based on projected class sizes.
- For ticketed events, capacity and staffing decisions are made well in advance.
We kindly ask that you review your schedule and commitment before registering, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns before completing your payment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support—it helps us continue offering accessible, meaningful music experiences to our community.
